FAQ’s

What payments do you accept?
We accept Cheque, Money Order, Direct Bank Transfer or Paypal.
Cash On Delivery is available for hearts and smiles delivered personally in Adelaide and surrounds.

How Early should I order?
The earlier you can let us know your requirements the better as all chocolates are made fresh to order.
Please allow 3 business days from payment being received to the order being mailed.
A minimum of 1- 2 weeks is ideal. We are also happy to accept orders months in advance without
any deposit or payment. These orders will not be delivered until payment is received.

What are the delivery details?
All local orders (incorporating all Adelaide, Gawler, Gawler river and Mount Barker suburbs)
are delivered personally free of charge to either a business or home address. Sorry, no PO boxes.
Please contact us directly before paying for your order through the site as we are unable to allow the free delivery
option online.
A seperate paypal invoice will be sent via email to you with the correct details of your order and so we can ascertain the best time and day of delivery that suits you.

We use Australia Post Express Post satchels for all other deliveries Australia wide.
International postage is available for wrapper orders only.

Is there a shop I can visit to see samples?
We are a home-based business and are happy to visit
you with a range of samples (Adelaide suburbs only).
We also have trading tables at some south australian markets and shows. Please see the Events page.
